Inkwenkwezi Educare Centre was established in 1997, offering classes in both isiXhosa and English. The pre-school was founded when Principal Thoedora Lutuli’s mother noticed many unattended children in the community
Recognising the need for a safe space, she took the opportunity to educate and care for these children. Since then, the centre has grown to accommodate 85 children between the ages of 3 and 6.

Motheo Pre-school is in need of a new classroom and kitchen, as well as decent toilet facilities to replace the dangerous pit toilets.
The centre desperately needs new classrooms, kitchen and toilet facilities.
The ECD centre desperately needs new infrastructure and to replace their pit toilet with decent toilet facilities.
