The pre-school urgently needs the toilets to be upgraded which will enable them to register with the Department of Basic Education (DBE) for the much-needed subsidy for each qualifying child.
Ntataiseng Crèche is well-managed and a home-away-from-home for 34 children aged 1 to 5 years old.
The centre consists of sufficient educational infrastructure, however, the toilet facilities are in a poor condition and are not up to the standards set by the Department of Education to get the centre to registration.
