The school urgently needs an additional classroom to separate the children into age-appropriate groups, as well as new toilet facilities.
Isiphephelo Crèche & Pre-school was established in 2012 by principal, Nonkululeko Mkhwanazi, who observed that many children in her area lacked daytime supervision.
The pre-school has only one classroom, which also serves as an office.
The school urgently needs an additional classroom to separate the children into age-appropriate groups and provide adequate learning space for each child. In addition, toilet facilities are necessary to accommodate the number of children attending regularly.
The preschool urgently needs a safe, secure modern classroom and a sturdy perimeter fencing to keep the little ones safe
An additional classroom, a proper kitchen, improved toilet facilities, and an office with a sickbay is urgent needed.
The preschool faces significant challenges that hinder their ability to accommodate and serve the growing number of children in the community.
